Terms of Service
Effective October 14, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of unleashedhq.app and the Unleashed HQ service, operated by Unleashed Labs Inc ("we", "us"). By using the site or the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
1. About us
Unleashed HQ is operated by Unleashed Labs Inc, a corporation registered in the Province of Québec, Canada. Our principal place of business is in Côte-Saint-Luc, Québec, Canada. You can reach us at privacy@unleashedhq.app.
2. The Service
Unleashed HQ is an AI employee that answers calls and texts for your business, books appointments and follows up with people, together with the website and CRM tools that come with it (the "Service"). The plan, price and usage details shown on our pricing page and at signup apply to your purchase.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract, and you must use the Service for business purposes. By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements and that you are authorized to act for the business you sign up.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Billing. Plans are billed monthly in advance at the prices on the pricing page. Usage, such as call minutes and texts, is billed separately as shown there.
Renewal. Your subscription renews automatically each month.
Cancellation. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
Price changes. We may change prices for future billing periods with reasonable notice.
Taxes. Prices exclude applicable taxes, including GST/QST where applicable, which are your responsibility.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree to give us accurate information about your business, and you are responsible for what your AI employee is set up to say and do on your behalf.
You are responsible for having the consent the law requires to record calls, and to text or call your contacts, under laws that apply to you such as Canada's CASL and CRTC rules and the U.S. TCPA.
You will not use the Service for spam, robocalls or unlawful messages.
7. What the AI can and cannot do
The AI employee can make mistakes. Review its work, including the calls, texts and bookings it handles. It does not give legal, medical, financial or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it for that. You remain responsible for the information and instructions you configure it with and for how you use what it produces.
8. Intellectual property
Our content. All content and software in the Service, including text, graphics, logos, brand marks, design and code, and the Unleashed HQ name, is owned by or licensed to Unleashed Labs Inc and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use, including copying, redistribution, modification, scraping or commercial use, needs our prior written permission.
Your content. You keep ownership of the business information and materials you give us. You give us the permission we need to use them to provide the Service to you.
Your feedback. If you send us feedback, suggestions or ideas, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use them in any way without obligation to you.
9. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers for hosting, payments, phone and messaging, and AI features. Each has its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the practices of third parties.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
Use the Service for an unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
Access accounts or data you are not authorized to access.
Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the Service, except to the limited extent mandatory law allows.
Resell, sublicense or redistribute the Service.
Circumvent plan, rate or usage limits.
Transmit malware, spam or other harmful content, or disrupt the Service or anyone else's systems.
Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
Scrape or systematically extract data from the site by automated means.
We may suspend or terminate access without notice for a breach, in addition to our other rights and remedies.
11. Not professional advice
Content on the site and output from the Service are for general information only. They are not legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical or other professional advice. Consult a qualified professional about your situation. Using the Service does not create a client-advisor relationship.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY INFORMATION ON THE SITE OR PRODUCED BY THE AI EMPLOYEE IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE OR CURRENT.
13. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, UNLEASHED LABS INC, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE, GOODWILL OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE.
OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (a) THE FEES YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (b) ONE HUNDRED CANADIAN DOLLARS (CAD $100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer-protection law. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Unleashed Labs Inc and its officers, employees, agents and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your infringement of any third-party right.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that may cause harm or legal exposure, and otherwise as the law permits. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification and governing law) will survive.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service will be brought exclusively in the courts of the judicial district of Montréal, Québec, Canada, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts, except where mandatory consumer-protection law (including Québec's Consumer Protection Act) provides otherwise.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, give additional notice on the site. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
